Southall Grown-Up Seahorses

We will have our first practice tonight from 8-9pm...Please arrive 10 minutes early to put in the lane lines.

Weather permitting, we will have our first practice Saturday, 5/9 from 8:30-9:30am.  Hope to see all of you there!

8/30: No practice (Labor Day weekend)

9/3: No practice (I am out of town)

Great meet today!!!  Attached are the results.

I will be out of town this week and unfortunately missing the meet on Wednesday.  We may be able to have practice Tuesday evening to focus on starts and turns if Jesse is able to lock up the pool.  Will let you know…

The meet was just announced this week:

The first meet is on 7/20 at 9am at Cary Swim Club -808 Tanglewood Dr, Cary, NC 27511 (warmups are at 8:30).

It is not listed on the Meet Signup page yet, but hopefully will be soon.

Practice this Wednesday (8-9pm) and Saturday…
